About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own end-to-end recruitment for the Hardware and Engineering teams at Alta Ares. This role focuses on sourcing and attracting high-impact technical talent to support the company's rapid growth in the defense sector. You will partner with engineering leaders to define requirements and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Hardware and Engineering teams across R&D, Production, and Industrialization.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for key hardware profiles.
- Drive hands-on sourcing and headhunting to attract talent from defense, aerospace, and advanced hardware industries.
- Partner with Engineering, R&D, and Production leaders to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
- Track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve sourcing strategies and interview processes.
