Legal Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for a leader to own our legal operations function and build it for our next phase of growth. You will work with an automations engineering team to manage the systems and legal tech stack that ensure the legal team scales effectively. The goal is to define what a legal organization looks like in the AI-native era.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and improvement of the operating model for Legal.
• Identify work that should be handled by the team and areas where we can continue automating.
• Manage our legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management, matter management, and creating e-billing systems.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget and performance tracking.
• Work with our automation teams to use Eleven Agents and other tools to change the way work is done across the team.
• Define metrics and build dashboards that give us a clear view of the team's priorities, workload and performance.
• Partner with Finance, IT, FDE and business teams to keep legal processes aligned with how the company operates.
