Legal Engineer

About the role

The Legal Engineer will act as a trusted advisor and solutions architect to help leading in-house legal teams optimize their operations using Legora's AI-native workspace. This role involves identifying high-value opportunities for workflow transformation, designing and implementing AI-driven processes, and serving as a bridge between legal professionals and product development. You will guide clients through the adoption of new technologies to fundamentally change how legal services are delivered within complex business environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a genuine thought partner to in-house legal teams to identify high-value opportunities to transform how legal work gets done.
• Own the journey alongside Customer Success from early pilots through onboarding to enterprise-wide adoption.
• Design and implement workflows around the realities of in-house legal work including contracts, compliance, and disputes.
• Partner with General Counsel and legal operations leaders to build the case for AI adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the in-house lawyer inside Legora to influence product development and roadmap priorities.
• Deliver clear, confident product demos, workshops and training for legal teams.
• Document successful strategies and build scalable playbooks to support global growth.
