Legal Operations Lead

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking a leader to own and scale the legal operations function as the company enters its next phase of growth. This role involves managing the legal technology stack, optimizing processes through automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define legal operations in an AI-native environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and improvement of the operating model for Legal.
• Identify work that should be handled by the team and areas where we can continue automating.
• Manage our legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management, matter management, and creating an e-billing systems.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget and performance tracking.
• Work with our automation teams to use Eleven Agents and other tools to change the way work is done across the team.
• Define metrics and build dashboards that give us a clear view of the team's priorities, workload and performance.
• Partner with Finance, IT, FDE and business teams to keep legal processes aligned with how the company operates.
