About the role

As an Engineering Manager in Berlin, you will lead an existing team of engineers to build products and systems that create meaningful impact. You will partner with product and design leadership to set strategy, drive high-performance execution, and foster a healthy, inclusive engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with engineering, product and design leaders to shape team direction and strategy.
• Translating strategy into clear goals, priorities and measurable impact with the help of your team.
• Enabling your team to achieve high levels of productivity, performance, reliability and quality.
• Teaching, mentoring, coaching and acting as a role model for engineers and other engineering managers.
• Creating a collaborative, inclusive and supportive team culture focused on fast, focused, high-impact execution.
• Supporting effective planning, decision-making and communication across your team and wider engineering.
• Helping to shape and evolve our engineering culture by contributing to engineering organisation programmes.
