About the role

The Engineering Manager will lead a high-performing team to build and scale products used by millions across the region. This role requires a strong technical leader who can manage engineers, make sound architectural decisions, and drive products from concept to production. The successful candidate will balance people management with technical depth to ensure high-quality, rapid delivery of customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers.
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas while ensuring reliability and technical quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to translate ambiguous problems into technical execution.
• Drive technical architecture decisions across APIs, databases, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
• Set and maintain engineering standards for code quality, testing, security, and observability.
• Develop engineers through coaching, performance management, and regular feedback.
• Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation to enhance team velocity and scalability.
