Working Student People Operations

About the role

DeepDrive is seeking a motivated Working Student to join the People Team and gain hands-on experience in modern People Operations. You will help improve and automate internal processes while contributing to the company's growth and scalable structures. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects and explore the integration of AI within HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the People Team in day-to-day operations to ensure efficient processes
• Gradually take ownership of specific topics and smaller projects
• Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Contribute ideas on the effective use of AI within People Operations
• Test and implement automation solutions for recurring tasks
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams in a deep-tech environment

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
