About the role
The Senior Director of Public Charging will own strategic account management for top-tier public charging accounts and lead the creation of segment blueprints. This role acts as a critical link between field-level account intelligence and company-wide strategy, ensuring that product, policy, R&D, and marketing decisions are informed by real-world customer data. The position requires a leader who can balance high-level strategic planning with operational execution to drive growth in the EV charging sector.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain segment-specific blueprints documenting customer economics, procurement patterns, and technical requirements.
- Translate blueprint findings into actionable inputs for product, policy, R&D, and marketing teams.
- Manage relationships for a portfolio of top-tier public charging accounts, focusing on health, growth, and retention.
- Lead negotiations and contract structuring for complex, multi-year agreements.
- Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams for major RFPs and large bids.
- Provide business case analysis, financial modeling, and ROI assessments to support investment decisions.
