The AI transformation lead will serve as a strategic partner for Fortune 100 accounts, helping organizations rethink their operations through AI-first models. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology, focusing on driving measurable P&L impact and guiding C-suite leaders through large-scale AI adoption. You will build the playbook for enterprise AI transformation while influencing the company's product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers while leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with customer success managers.
• Act as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 customers by setting vision and defining frameworks with leadership teams.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor to prioritize AI initiatives.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery by conducting analysis to frame the P&L impact of AI adoption.
• Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs while managing stakeholders, risk mitigation, and program updates.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities by anticipating customer needs and collaborating with sales.
• Scale transformation best practices by producing frameworks and communications for the wider team.
