About the role

Enpal is looking for a Flowmanager to coordinate the customer journey from contract signature to the successful installation of solar energy systems. You will act as the central point of contact for customers, coordinating installation schedules and ensuring all project requirements are met. The role focuses on maintaining a positive customer experience while proactively managing project timelines and resolving potential delays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation appointments and communicate with customers, installation teams, and internal departments.
• Ensure all prerequisites for a smooth installation process are fulfilled.
• Identify potential delays early, coordinate solutions, and escalate risks as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a positive experience.
