RoX Health is building a talent pool for student interns and working students to support the development and implementation of a digital health platform. Successful candidates will contribute to various focus areas including product management, technology, customer support, or marketing and design. This role offers the opportunity to work in an agile team and gain experience in the digital health sector.

Responsibilities

• Support product development tasks including research, workshop organization, and user journey optimization
• Assist with IT infrastructure maintenance, bug fixing, and software quality testing
• Provide customer support for inquiries and platform issues
• Contribute to performance marketing, social media management, and design projects
• Conduct desk and user research to support project goals
