Business Development Director

About the role

The Business Development Director will win top-tier enterprise clients and build long-term partnerships with leading European brands. This role functions as both a hunter and a strategic advisor, responsible for opening doors, shaping deals, and acting as a trusted partner to senior decision-makers. Once a client is secured, the focus remains on pipeline management, new account acquisition, and relationship growth while an internal team handles project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Win large enterprise clients by identifying targets and closing complex, high-value signage projects
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the C-suite level
• Act as the strategic link between clients and internal signage experts by writing briefs and setting expectations
• Develop market opportunities and identify upsell and expansion potential based on client strategy
• Manage trade fair presence and convert event conversations into sales pipeline
• Conduct strategic on-site client visits
