Strategic Account Management Coordinator

About the role

The Strategic Account Management Coordinator will manage and protect Powerdot's most valuable partner relationships by building long-term trust and monitoring account performance. This role acts as a bridge between major accounts and internal teams to ensure partner needs are met while driving business growth. The position involves turning insights into actionable recommendations to improve partner satisfaction and operational success.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing long-term relationships with Powerdot’s major accounts and strategic partners.
• Monitoring account performance and tracking key metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Preparing and leading quarterly business reviews to share insights and action plans.
• Acting as the main point of contact for partners to coordinate internal team responses.
• Working cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams.
• Developing and implementing partner-specific initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Monitoring operational station performance to identify issues and risks.
• Translating partner feedback into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
• Contributing to process improvement for strategic account management.
