Solutions Engineer

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical voice, guiding customers toward clarity, feasibility, and alignment on the end-to-end solution. You will be an integral part of the Sales team, ensuring technical fit and creating innovative solutions for customers. This role is ideal for GRC professionals, programme managers, auditors, and compliance practitioners who want to apply their domain expertise in a strategic, customer-facing pre-sales role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic sales partner, owning the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
• Partner with Account Executives to uncover technical, operational, and business pain points and validate use cases.
• Deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations that showcase how Vanta solves specific customer problems.
• Validate technical feasibility and drive clarity on success criteria for the end-to-end solution.
• Partner with Account Executives to align customer success criteria with Vanta's strengths and surface technical risks.
• Create and complete handoff documentation to ensure a seamless transition to the post-sales team.
• Provide structured market feedback to the Product team to prioritise functionality.
