Senior GTM Engineer

About the role

The Senior GTM Engineer will design and operate the data infrastructure, Clay-based enrichment systems, and AI-driven workflows that enable revenue teams to execute at scale. This hands-on role involves constructing sophisticated workflows, engineering AI-powered enrichment pipelines, and translating signal-based prospecting strategies into production-ready systems. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to identify where AI agents and intelligent automation can improve outbound precision and replace manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, build, and maintenance of Clay tables, waterfall enrichment flows, and AI column logic.
• Engineer multi-step Clay workflows using webhooks, HTTP API integrations, and conditional branching.
• Build and iterate on AI prompt layers within Clay to generate personalised outreach and qualify leads.
• Construct and maintain signal-based prospecting systems that ingest buying triggers and route them into prioritised tables.
• Integrate Clay with Salesforce, Outreach, and various data providers to maintain clean and enriched GTM data.
• Evaluate and implement AI tooling to scale outbound relevance and automate repetitive GTM operations.
• Maintain accurate account and contact data across Salesforce and connected tools with automated hygiene rules.
