About the role

The Senior Manager, Solution Engineering EMEA will lead, coach, and develop a team of solution engineers across the region. This role involves acting as a player-coach who manages high-impact deals while ensuring consistent execution of presales motions like discovery, demos, and architecture reviews. The manager will partner with sales, product, and marketing leadership to drive regional strategy and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Solution Engineers across EMEA through hiring, ramping, and regular 1:1s.
• Engage directly in the team's highest-impact opportunities from discovery through close.
• Execute and reinforce established presales motions including discovery, demos, POVs, and architecture reviews.
• Coach team members to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for diverse stakeholders.
• Drive the consistent use of AI tools to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.
• Own regional forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting on team performance and technical win rates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to provide field feedback and strategy alignment.
