Junior Solution Architect

About the role

As a Junior Solution Architect, you will work within the Presales team to support sales processes and act as a technical advisor for customers. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and internal product and engineering teams by participating in workshops, demonstrations, and technical implementations. This role focuses on developing your technical and customer-facing skills while contributing to scalable solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical discussions
• Support product demonstrations, onboarding activities, and technical training
• Assist with Proof of Concepts, pilots, and customer rollouts
• Support the design of scalable customer solutions and prepare technical documentation
• Assist with technical troubleshooting alongside senior colleagues
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and share feedback with internal teams

Qualifications
