About the role

DeepDrive is looking for an intern to support the People Team in attracting talent and developing HR processes. You will work closely with hiring managers, assist in the recruitment lifecycle, and contribute to projects involving AI and automation in HR. This role offers a comprehensive insight into the operational HR work of a growing deep-tech company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and maintain the application pipeline
• Manage candidate communication and update job postings
• Research and test AI and automation applications for HR processes
• Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and contract preparation
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
