Product Design Director - Patient

About the role

Doctolib is seeking a Product Design Director to lead the design vision and quality for its patient-facing products. This role involves evolving the platform from a booking tool into an AI-powered Health Companion that supports users throughout their entire health journey. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional leadership to scale experiences across multiple European markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision for the Patient product stream.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product and content designers.
• Establish design principles for AI-native experiences, focusing on transparency and user trust.
• Raise the quality bar for product, interaction, and content design across the patient journey.
• Shape the operating model and organizational structure for the design team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Medical, Data, and Business teams to align design decisions with business impact.
