About the role

The Claims Expert will analyze complex medical and travel insurance claims to improve processing quality and operational standards. This role involves identifying process improvements, managing risk, and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective claims management. The position is initially limited to a two-year contract.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex medical or travel claims to evaluate processing quality and identify improvement potential
• Analyze cases, data, and processes to determine root causes and implement quality-enhancing measures
• Monitor agreed-upon measures and collaborate closely with involved teams and departments
• Identify anomalies and risks, investigate suspicious cases, and participate in prevention measures
• Create analytical reports to make quality, effectiveness, and progress measurable
• Support the continuous development of processes, quality standards, and operational workflows
