Engineering Lead

About the role

As Engineering Lead, you will partner with the CPO to drive delivery, engineering standards, and team health for Genio's next flagship product. You will lead through empowerment, fostering a culture of rapid AI-assisted experimentation while balancing speed with smart standards to turn product priorities into shipped software.

Responsibilities

• Run delivery for the Learning Experience team, from priority to shipped product.
• Drive a culture of experimentation and fast feedback, championing AI-assisted engineering.
• Manage software engineers directly through 1-on-1s, development plans, and performance management.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and Principal Engineer to ensure product goals are met.
• Ensure the team meets non-negotiable security and compliance standards.
