Chief Technology Officer

About the role

As CTO, you will own Technology and Engineering at C-level, reporting to the CEO and working as a peer to the CPO. You will build a strong leadership layer and an engineering system that balances speed with security, resilience, and evidence. The role involves translating company strategy into a technology strategy, managing engineering teams, and representing the company in high-stakes technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Translate company and product strategy into a technology strategy with clear capabilities and measurable proof points.
• Lead all Engineering teams and leads, including Platform, Infrastructure, DevOps/SRE, and quality automation.
• Own architecture, technology choices, reliability, security implementation, and regulated development for clinical workflows.
• Plan the Engineering budget and capacity, including build, buy, or outsource decisions.
• Shape AI-enabled engineering practices while maintaining security, maintainability, and regulated assurance.
• Represent the company in technical discussions with clinics, hospital IT, integration partners, auditors, and investors.
