Deployment Lead - ERP Solutions

About the role

Rillet is seeking an experienced Deployment Lead to guide complex customer implementations and assist finance teams in transitioning to their Agentic ERP platform. The role involves owning multiple workstreams, advising senior stakeholders, and managing the details of configuration, data migration, and system integration. The ideal candidate will combine strong implementation judgment with a customer-first mindset to ensure successful launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure a smooth and timely implementation experience
• Partner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans and solve customer problems
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows and translate those needs into clear requirements and practical solutions
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination
• Track milestones, drive follow-through, and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned
• Identify risks early, escalate issues, and maintain clear documentation and status updates
