About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will join the central Project Management team in Reinbek to lead large, complex, cross-functional projects. You will be responsible for setting project standards, driving organizational transformation, and stabilizing projects that have drifted off course. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to the development of project management methods across the company's global locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large, cross-functional projects independently from initiation to closure, including planning, governance, steering committees and stakeholder management.
  • Facilitate and actively participate in problem-solving sessions to drive project success.
  • Take over projects that have drifted off course or lost their lead, diagnose what went wrong and re-establish structure as interim or permanent lead.
  • Navigate demanding situations with senior leadership and across departments and prepare well-founded decisions for steering committees.
  • Support department-led projects as quality assurance and sparring partner and coach project managers on their deliverables.
  • Contribute to our project management standards, templates and training formats, and turn project experience into reusable methods.

Qualifications
