Planning and Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Quandela is seeking a builder and manager to establish an end-to-end supply chain as the company transitions from R&D to a scalable industrial operation. The role involves building the S&OP process from the ground up, managing demand and production planning, and overseeing logistics and purchasing. The successful candidate will bridge strategy and execution to support the company's growth in the quantum computing sector.

Responsibilities

• Build the S&OP process from scratch including governance, meeting cadence, and KPIs.
• Lead monthly cross-functional S&OP reviews to establish a shared view of demand and supply.
• Consolidate demand into a rolling forecast and maintain the Master Production Schedule.
• Structure purchasing and MRP processes while defining sourcing strategies.
• Define inventory principles and manage safety-stock strategies for critical components.
• Organize inbound, internal, and outbound logistics for high-value technological products.
• Manage customs, international trade compliance, and import/export documentation.
• Contribute to the deployment of ERP/MRP tools and track supply chain KPIs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in planning, supply chain or industrial operations
• Proven experience implementing or running an S&OP process
• Fluent French and English
