Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will orchestrate large, global transformations across finance, procurement, and supply chain functions. You will lead blp teams on multiple engagements, manage steering committees, and ensure projects are delivered on time by maintaining strict scope control. This role requires a hands-on approach to get customers live and drive successful, multi-country implementations.

Responsibilities

• Run implementations end to end from kick-off to go-live.
• Manage several customers in parallel and keep them on schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional specialists including Integrations Engineers and AI Automation Specialists.
• Own project scope and manage change requests deliberately.
• Own the delivery outcome of global programs including planning, dependencies, and dates.
• Run steering committees and own the resulting decisions.
• Write and execute recovery plans when programs go off track.
• Lead the blp team on each engagement and coach project managers.
