About the role

Aitastic is seeking a finance professional to manage and optimize global financial processes using Microsoft Dynamics. This role involves leading the implementation of the system, translating business requirements into efficient workflows, and driving AI-powered automation within a rapidly growing company. You will lead the finance team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scalable and reliable financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize global financial processes within Microsoft Dynamics.
• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and provide training to the team.
• Analyze requirements from accounting, controlling, and management to translate them into system workflows.
• Improve reporting, data quality, and AI-driven automations.
• Lead the finance team and coordinate with internal teams and external service providers on system adjustments and new features.
