Finance & Operations Manager

About the role

The Finance & Operations Manager will oversee operational financial management for the company's German entities, collaborating with the international finance team and external tax advisors. This role goes beyond traditional accounting by focusing on process optimization, structure creation, and acting as a business partner to drive efficiency and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Create and verify outgoing invoices and ensure timely billing.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Conduct active receivables management and dunning processes.
• Review, record, and prepare incoming invoices.
• Ensure accurate cost center allocation and documentation.
• Assist with liquidity planning, cash flow management, and financial statement preparation.
• Reconcile bank accounts, payment flows, and inventory data.
