Director/Senior Director, Strategic Solutions - Energy

About the role

The Director/Senior Director of Strategic Solutions will lead sales efforts by identifying and developing high-value AI use cases and application roadmaps for customers in the energy sector. This quota-carrying role involves working closely with senior management to drive digital transformation objectives through the application of enterprise AI solutions. The position requires a blend of technical fluency and strategic sales expertise to effectively communicate complex value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with global 1000 customers to help them understand, structure, and implement their digital transformation strategies resulting into sales.
• Engage in strategic relationships with customers to assure the realization of their digital transformation goals and expanding the client footprint.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of strategic customer engagement plans.
• Manage efforts to research and identify customer prospects and targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, products, and marketing teams to develop new product offerings within existing and new lines of business.
• Represent C3 AI by driving business development with company alliance partners.
• Personally engage in strategic account selling, business development, and ongoing customer success.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time (or more) depending on business needs.

Qualifications
