Sales Assist Representative

About the role

The Sales Assist Representative will join the Sales-Assist Motion to help customers evaluate and purchase Zapier's offerings. This role focuses on removing friction from the buying process through high-velocity live chat, email, and virtual demos. The successful candidate will qualify leads, convert customers, and provide critical product feedback to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Showcase Zapier as a solution through live chat, email, and virtual demos to drive ROI for customers.
• Educate users on automation use-cases to guide them from initial interest to purchase.
• Create and manage a sales pipeline through live chat queues and product qualified lead emails.
• Maintain feedback loops by tagging call recordings and identifying opportunities for improved sales collateral.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and participate in cross-functional steering committees.

Qualifications
