Senior IT Operations Engineer

About the role

As a Senior IT Operations Engineer, you will own complex IT operations end-to-end, leading multi-stakeholder projects and implementing automation to ensure scalable solutions. You will serve as the primary escalation point for high-impact technical issues and design processes for onboarding, device management, and security. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying root causes and building infrastructure that supports the company's rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide IT operations projects from scope through delivery with clear milestones.
• Act as the escalation point for complex issues involving endpoints, identity, SaaS, and security.
• Design and scale processes for onboarding, offboarding, device management, and asset tracking.
• Analyze service metrics to identify recurring issues and implement root-cause fixes.
• Maintain secure and reliable office networks, Wi-Fi, and VPN infrastructure.
• Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and tools through proofs of concept and service reviews.
• Automate manual processes to improve team efficiency.
