Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager

Foodji is seeking a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Manager to take end-to-end ownership of recruiting processes across all functions and seniority levels. This role involves balancing operational excellence with strategic development of the talent acquisition function, including process optimization and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for diverse roles and seniority levels
• Act as a sparring partner for hiring managers and leadership up to C-level
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews
• Execute active sourcing strategies to build talent pools
• Define and monitor recruiting funnel metrics to improve conversion and process quality
• Manage and optimize recruiting tools and systems
