Senior Implementation Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will guide new and existing restaurant brands as they join the Olo platform or expand their tech stack. You will contribute to the evolution of the Engage Suite by leveraging product and industry knowledge to support customer goals and business processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and providing expert guidance on product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of a portfolio of projects with varying levels of complexity through the lens of your respective product domains.
• Effectively partners with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication throughout all stages of implementation.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for specific products to guide customers through product adoption.
• Champions customer needs when working with multiple stakeholders on project execution.
• Provides troubleshooting and support for customer implementations, escalating issues according to established protocols.
• Provides recommendations on initiatives to improve implementation velocity and offers insights to product teams to improve functionality.

Qualifications
