About the role

The Sparkasse Karlsruhe is seeking a deputy branch manager and individual client advisor for its Malsch branch. In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial consulting to clients and assume leadership responsibilities for the team and daily operations during the branch manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client relationships for assigned accounts
• Provide holistic financial advice based on the S-Finanzkonzept
• Advise clients on service, liquidity, risk protection, retirement planning, and asset structuring
• Initiate private construction financing and generation management discussions
• Acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships
• Perform deputy branch manager duties and oversee daily operations
