About the role

As a working student in Talent Acquisition, you will take on responsibility for identifying and approaching executives while supporting the recruitment process across Germany, Poland, and global positions. You will build talent pipelines, manage candidate journeys, and gain insight into the full value chain of professional recruitment within an internationally growing company. PERGOLUX is a rapidly growing company specializing in Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products with a presence in eight countries.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify executives using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and internal tools to build talent pipelines.
• Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to shortlist, including follow-ups and updates.
• Conduct candidate screenings and contribute to the evaluation process through interviews and assessment frameworks.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor organizational structures to create strategic talent maps.
• Maintain pipeline reports and share insights with hiring teams to support data-driven decisions.
