Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Security Specialist

About the role

Sidekick Network is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Security Specialist to conduct a focused security assessment and remediation engagement. The role involves auditing the current security landscape, identifying risks, and defining a maintainable security model within an international HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit the HCM security configuration across Development, Test and Production environments.
• Analyse role hierarchies, inheritance, privileges and relationships between seeded and custom roles.
• Identify excessive access, redundant roles, inconsistencies and security risks.
• Review custom roles derived from seeded roles and recommend how to simplify and maintain them.
• Translate business access requirements into a structured target role model.
• Develop a practical Segregation of Duties (SoD) concept, including relevant conflicts, controls and exceptions.
• Analyse Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and HCM Data Security Profiles, identifying inappropriate scope, overlaps and cleanup needs.
• Assess access to sensitive HR, compensation and future payroll data.
