Senior People & Talent Operations Partner

About the role

As the Senior People & Talent Operations Partner, you will own People Ops as a product, managing the systems, compliance, and self-serve workflows that enable the People & Culture function to operate efficiently. You will work within a lean team to build and maintain an AI-enabled people journey while overseeing payroll, contract administration, and hiring tooling. This role requires a product mindset to create scalable, automated solutions that support a global, remote-first organization.

Responsibilities

• Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
• Designing, building and maintaining a smart, automated and AI-enabled people journey from pre-boarding to off-boarding.
• Serving as the technical owner and orchestrator of the HR tech stack, ensuring tools are unified and integrated.
• Owning the non-Finance side of payroll, invoicing, contract administration, and compliance end to end across all operating countries.
• Managing data privacy, recordkeeping, and the day-to-day relationship with the EOR vendor.
• Configuring and troubleshooting hiring tooling to enable independent searches by hiring managers.
• Creating documentation to support self-serve workflows for both humans and AI agents.
