Trusteq Gmbh is seeking an HR Management Intern or Working Student to support the HR team in day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle. The role involves digitizing HR processes, managing digital personnel files, and contributing to independent projects such as employee survey analysis and event organization. This position offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in operational HR management and digital transformation within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support HR team in day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle
• Assist in the development and digitization of HR processes and personnel files
• Capture and organize HR-related data in digital tools
• Manage independent projects including survey analysis and training organization
• Revise retirement plans and benefits
