Retail Associate

About the role

The Retail Associate will join the London team to provide exceptional service and act as an ambassador for the brand. This role involves building lasting customer relationships, hosting VIP clients, and supporting daily store operations in an ambitious luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine, lasting relationships with our customers through thoughtful clienteling, making each visit feel personal and unhurried.
• Host our VIP clients in store and at private appointments, offering informed advice with care and discretion.
• Support the store's daily operations, including sales, visual merchandising, and replenishment.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and how to care for them.
• Share regular reporting and customer feedback with the store manager and senior leadership.
• Work both independently and with the team to ensure the day runs smoothly and to meet our shared goals.
• Take on other ad hoc duties as and when needed.
