About the role

As a Recruiter, you will manage the full cycle of client acquisition, strategic consulting, and project execution. This role offers the opportunity to develop dual expertise in both sales and recruiting with full responsibility for your success.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential new clients via phone and direct outreach to generate interest in recruiting solutions.
• Analyze client recruiting challenges and develop tailored strategies.
• Present solutions and manage the sales process through to closing.
• Manage projects independently from campaign planning to successful placement.
• Coordinate incoming applications, pre-qualify candidates, and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Document activities in the CRM and work toward defined KPIs.
