Product Designer

About the role

As a Product Designer at Impower, you will take ownership of key areas of our core property management platform. You will work in a distributed team to translate complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences. Your role involves the full design process from problem discovery to final implementation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of product design across key areas of our platform from problem discovery to final implementation
• Translate complex, data-heavy workflows into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs
• Collaborate successfully and asynchronously in a remote setup with Product and Engineering to ship great features
• Actively contribute to our design system to ensure high consistency across the entire platform
• Proactively communicate your design decisions and actively seek feedback
