About the role
The Senior Product Manager will own initiatives end-to-end across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry therapeutic areas. You will work at the intersection of field needs, clinical expertise, technology, and business to turn problems into measurable product responses. This role involves leading discovery, prototyping with AI, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead field discovery and translate needs into clear product problems.
- Prototype solutions using AI and manage the product lifecycle through production release.
- Collaborate with Medical, Tech, Revenue, and QARA teams on clinical validation and compliance.
- Measure product adoption and impact post-delivery.
- Maintain product documentation and QMS evidence.
