Staff Product Manager – E-Commerce Web Upper Funnel

About the role

The Staff Product Manager for the Upper Funnel will lead the strategic direction and functional architecture for Decathlon's web discovery and exploration experience. This role focuses on scaling high-traffic web touchpoints, including search, navigation, and AI-driven recommendations, to guide users from inspiration to intent. You will operate at a massive scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams to modernize discovery, retail media integration, and conversational shopping interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision for upper funnel web touchpoints including homepage, search, and navigation.
• Partner with global business directors and engineering leads to align executive leadership on web platform roadmaps.
• Track and optimize key funnel metrics such as search CTR, conversion rates, and ad yield.
• Define functional architecture across web squads to eliminate friction and ensure seamless omnichannel transitions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to align on frontend performance and backend search/ad-serving APIs.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to product managers, helping them navigate complex search algorithms and AI agent architectures.
• Design and lead high-volume experimentation strategies to balance user experience with monetization goals.
