Product Manager

About the role

As the first dedicated product manager, you will work closely with the founders and engineering team to shape the product roadmap for a cloud security platform. You will be responsible for conducting customer discovery, managing the product backlog, and translating customer needs into clear requirements for engineers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer pain points, compliance requirements, and engineering trade-offs to drive product development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with CISOs and security leads to gather feedback and identify customer pain points.
• Maintain a ranked product backlog and define development priorities based on explicit criteria.
• Write PRDs and decision memos to guide engineering efforts.
• Manage the end-to-end release process, including defining success metrics and launch criteria.
• Represent the product in customer-facing meetings, including sales calls and roadmap presentations.
• Translate complex requirements into technical specifications, including design for AI agent interactions.
