Chief of Staff to the CEO – Focus Finance

About the role

The Chief of Staff to the CEO will act as a key sparring partner for the management team, driving strategic growth and financial initiatives. This role involves building financial models, optimizing accounting processes, and ensuring the company's scaling efforts are supported by data-driven insights. You will report directly to the CEO and manage complex projects to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of strategic growth and financial topics from conception to implementation.
• Support the CEO and management team on internal strategy, optimization, and operational topics.
• Build financial models, business plans, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses with clear recommendations.
• Analyze and optimize accounting processes to ensure they are professional and scalable.
• Introduce and track the OKR process and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Track key SaaS metrics and provide insights to management for fact-based decision making.
