Strategic Finance

About the role

Metaview is seeking a strategic finance professional to build the finance function from scratch as the company's first hire in this area. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth decisions, manage the operating model and planning, and lead board and investor reporting. This hands-on role requires a candidate who can build processes and models independently while leveraging AI to enhance analytical efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engagement and Product on pricing, packaging, capacity planning, and GTM efficiency.
• Own the operating model, annual plan, and performance forecasting.
• Manage monthly board and investor reporting, including data analysis and narrative development.
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards for leadership.
• Support fundraising activities, including financial modeling, data room management, and investor relations.

Qualifications
