Senior Strategic Finance Analyst

About the role

The Strategic Finance team at Alma is responsible for understanding the company's economics, owning the top line, unit economics, and contribution margin to drive decisions on pricing, partnerships, and products. As a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst, you will own a specific piece of the P&L, manage key finance processes, and act as a business partner to commercial, product, and operations teams. You will also play a key role in rebuilding finance workflows using AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the business plan for your assigned P&L scope and explain performance drivers to the Board.
• Run key finance processes including pricing, merchant performance reviews, and cost and margin analysis.
• Partner with commercial, product, and operations teams to provide clear recommendations for business decisions.
• Prototype and industrialise AI-assisted workflows to improve team efficiency and analytical output.
