About the role

The Business Strategy & Operations team is responsible for defining ambitious business strategies and translating them into actionable plans. This role involves monitoring performance, enabling Sales and Account Management teams, and working closely with senior leadership to drive business objectives. You will own medium to large-scale projects focused on business planning, resource allocation, and performance steering.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior business leaders to define the company business plan
• Frame business and resource allocation decisions and propose quarterly plan adjustments
• Translate the business plan into actionable Sales and Account Management objectives
• Build and improve infrastructure to track targets and performance
• Lead or support strategic explorations and transversal topics to gain insights and steer team performance
