About the role

Collibra is seeking a General Manager to lead its Public Sector subsidiary, responsible for creating and executing business strategy to drive profitable growth. The role involves leading a cross-functional team and ensuring the subsidiary meets government-mandated requirements while aligning with the parent company's product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and lead a high-performing team across sales, consulting, support, legal, operations, marketing, and product management
• Set the strategic direction for the subsidiary to ensure compliance with government mandates such as CMMC
• Identify and capture new market opportunities within the public sector
• Manage overall expense to revenue targets and optimize post-sales execution
• Collaborate with the parent company to drive the public sector product roadmap and coordinate shared services
