About the role

The Director of Practice Consulting & Data Transformation will lead the consulting department, driving business impact through data-driven strategies. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, developing client portfolios, and ensuring high-quality project delivery while fostering a culture of innovation and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the best allocation of consultant resources to clients and projects.
• Develop consultant expertise through training and best practice sharing.
• Pilot multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, strategic planners, and media traders.
• Build a commercial strategy to develop the country client portfolio.
• Monitor the commercial pipeline and build proposals supporting client needs.
• Develop the consulting offer with existing clients and create cross-departmental opportunities.
• Build and spread knowledge frameworks and methodologies across the company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience at a tier 1 consulting firm
